Myawareness ® as an idea was conceived in 2009 and we opened our studio in 2013. We are dedicated to nurturing awareness through the practice of Yoga, Mindful Movement and Mindfulness meditation.
Our classes are designed to be easy and safe, instruction is authentic and compassionate.
Our Yoga & Mindfulness studio is tucked away in a quiet lane in Montpelier, Bristol. Its calm and peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect sanctuary.

Chakra Flow Yoga brings awareness to the 7 main chakras in your body. This practise stimulates the flow of energy through the chakras and helps to activate them.

GENTLE FLOW YOGA
This Yoga class is a gentle practise consisting of flowing movements. It is designed to loosen your muscles and joints, improving your overall flexibility. Perfect for beginners or relaxation.
ENERGETIC FLOW YOGA
This Yoga class is a dynamic practise involving energetic movement which will tone your muscles & skin, strengthen your lungs and improve your circulation.
Mindful Movement will bring attention to your body as it moves. Each movement is synchronised with breath. The movement becomes a way of staying present. The class ends with a short guided meditation.
This 30 min Mindfulness Meditation practise is for experienced practitioners and those new to meditation.
